regardless of if they maybe won't hurt someone, it's not worth taking the chance that any amount of time is going to make a difference, the capability of wanting and choosing to hurt an innocent person is not something that you grow out of or learn not to do anyways, it's either in you or it's not and if it is then you don't deserve to exist at all even if locked up forever... just sayin. make it make sense!

even a 5 year old knows that it is wrong to hurt someone and that there are consequences for actions, she participated in a murder, I was 15 once and I knew murder was wrong at that age and knew the consequences, just the same as I know it now at 43, no matter how old or young someone is if they are willing and capable to hurt someone that doesn't deserve it then they shouldn't even be in civilization because they CAN be a danger and are a liability.
