... I know this is about healthy ageing so my comment isn't about the first cancer but the 2nd was hormonal, so things like breast, ovarian, cervical, prostate I do think we need regular screening. Anomalies can happen and these can spread so fast
Hello, this is interesting though I'm not a doctor, I'm a mid 30 something who's had 2 rare cancers I, scientifically and genetically should have "never" had. One at 12, one at 33 (this one was diagnosed by a standard screening test) I've had extensive genetic testing, there is nothing in my genes to indicate the reasons why. There were no risk factors. Anomalies do happen which is why we should all be checked for hormonal cancers like breast or cervical. Would love to speak to the doctor!
